He has extensive experience in organization management, project oversight, and international collaboration. He founded and directed Advanced Global Resources for seven years before selling his interest and entering academia.

Mr Schirripa served as an F-18 Aviator for the United States Navy before transitioning into the private sector, where he was chief financial officer for BOD Productions. Simultaneously he worked as a volunteer researcher for an oceanology initiative studying coral reef impact in the South Pacific. He has written academic research papers on a variety of international policy topics ranging from peer to peer competition and operational intelligence. He maintains his aviation rating on a number of platforms and serves as a technical advisor for air logistics operations.

Mr. Alvear has served for more than a decade as an intelligence analyst for the United States Army, conducting multiple operations within the MENA region.
